Paola was highly recommended by a dear friend, when I expressed I was looking for a new place.  Paola called me immediately and went through a series of questions to get a clear understanding of what i was looking for.  That very same day, she texted me to let me know that she sent me an email featuring home that met my criteria.  She and I chose the few in which i was most interested, then she made appointments that very day to look at them. When we looked them Paola had expressed to me, that she thought we could find better places.  When we next met, she got to the house early to see it in advance so she could present it to me from an informed perspective.   We both loved the place.  While I thought it was priced well, Paola felt she could negotiate a better price.  She worked her magic and saved me a lot of money.  Paola was very professional, she is up-beat and positive.  It was just a pleasure to be in her company.  I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home.
